Our Registered Maine Fly Fishing Guide, John Scangas, will work with you to plan a fly fishing trip in the Bethel area during your stay. Because the health and conservation of our native fish is critical, we will work with you to plan around water temperatures to choose which waters and fish species are available during your dates. Pricing for a fly fishing trip are estimated to be $375-475 and will be dependent on the number of people, and equipment needed for your trip. Owner of Western Maine Yurts, Alex Poland is a fly fishing enthusiast with many years of experience fly fishing throughout Western Maine. He is actively working on becoming a Registered Maine Guide and is excited to begin offering "Stay & Fish" packages here at Western Maine Yurts.
